Puravankara Limited is a Bengaluru-headquartered real estate developer founded in 1975 by Ravi Puravankara. Its premium homes are sold under the Purva name, and the group also runs Provident Housing, which builds value-focused apartments and has its own page on this site. Bengaluru is the company's largest market. Its current listing there includes new launches such as Purva Heritage at Kudlu Gate, Purva Silversky in Electronic City and Northern Lights in the KIADB Aerospace Park area, alongside ongoing projects on Thanisandra Road, Magadi Road, Lalbagh Road and Bannerghatta Road. Older Purva communities in CV Raman Nagar, JP Nagar, Sarjapur Road, Hennur Road and Kanakapura Road are sold out but remain useful reference points for resale buyers.
